Thank you for your interest in donating gently used goods to your local CFP.
Guidelines for donations:
1) Make sure all clothing is washed, without permanet stains, and without holes or rips. Make sure all buttons are on items and zippers are functional.
2) All items must have all parts and be free of chips and cracks.
3) Make sure all donations are boxed up and ready to go.
4)These items are NOT acceptable items:
a)Floor model televisions
b) non-cable ready televisions
c) non-black dishwashers
d) pianos
e) furniture, mattresses, and boxsprings with rips, tears, and stains
f) broken furniture
g) sleeper sofas more than 10 years old
i) used blinds, ceiling fans
j) tires
k) doors and windows

Sirs: I would like to donate the following household appliances to Cause for Paws. Can you please tell me if these will be accepted for donation:
- Combination microwave oven [over] and electric oven [under]. White enamel finish
- Gas stove cook top; two burners on right side, two-burner grill top surface on left; downdraft exhaust. White enamel finish
Both items are made by GE. Both have been very well cared for and are in perfect working condition

Our Saunders store operates from 10am to 7pm Monday through Saturday, and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday.
Our Crabtree store operates from 10am to 6pm Monday through Saturday, and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday.
Our Zebulon store operates from 10am to 6pm Monday through Saturday, and is closed on Sunday.

I have a perfectly good ProForm Crosswalk treadmill to donate. I bought it for around $600 3 yrs ago. I live in a condo in downtown Raleigh on Boylan Ave/Peace St. close to the Starbuck’s/Mellow Mushroom, zip 27603. How can I donate this and schedule a pick up? I need to move out by APR 19, 2010 so sometime before then is necessary. I am donating all my other items that I can take to the store by myself. THANKS!!
